Brie Larson is a total workout queen. Between doing reformer Pilates, pushing heavy sleds outdoors, and even pole dancing, it seems like she's down to experiment with exercise. The most workout she's tried? Dance.

The Captain Marvel actress shared a carousel of Instagram photos where she gave followers the run-down on her epic dance journey. In fact, for the past seven months, Brie has been been dancing for six hours a day with instructor Charlie Arches.

The photos show a behind-the-scenes peek of her training sessions. One pic is of Brie lying with her super-toned legs up against the wall, and another shows her at the barre doing a ballet jeté, raising her sculpted leg off the ground. In the last photo, her abs and legs are seriously chiseled in a cute deconstructed leotard with a bra top and undies.

"Every day we’d get up at 5am to get to the studio by 7:30am. There, we’d work on building a dancer. Flexibility, strength, weight transfers, spirals, breath, fascia, rooting - my experience was expanding," Brie wrote in the caption. "Thank you to my body for growing with me!"

Her famous friends showed a ton of love in the comments. "I love this so much 👏🏼❤️," Nina Dobrev said, while Julianne Hough wrote, "Dance is everything! Movement is everything! ❤️❤️❤️." Plus, Olympic gymnast Lauri Hernandez added, "So exciting, enjoy the ride!! Proud of you🥹."

So, one thing's for sure: Brie is epically toned all over. Curious how she gets so strong (aside from dancing, of course)? Well, she works on building body strength with her personal trainer Jason Walsh of Rise Movement. The program focuses on training through primitive movement, or foundational workout moves.

"I train movements," Walsh told E! News. "That's like the foundation, that's everything, so primitive movements, there's the squats, the hinge or the deadlift, crawling."

Brie showed off her impressive upper body strength in a training session video he posted on Instagram where she knocked out multiple single arm pull-ups:

The 33-year-old actress has made a significant strength transformation over the past few years, after she started training for Captain Marvel in 2019. Before Brie began her new routines, she was unable to "walk up a hill without being out of breath," she previously told Insider.

By the end, Brie could hip thrust 400 pounds, deadlift 200 pounds, and push her trainer's Jeep. "It's an incredible experience to realize what's inside of you is well beyond what you knew was possible," she said.

Here she is squatting what looks like a super heavy barbell:

As for food, Brie loves to cook and started making more recipes during the COVID-19 pandemic. "I got way more into cooking...getting into how things are made, how it works, and finding my passions within that," she shared in a YouTube video. "It's such a special thing, it's such a special way to end the day to nourish myself [and] to nourish my partner."

And aside from her own creations, Brie also clearly loves a green juice:

Loving it, Brie!
