Tyler Boyd, free-agent WR, visits Los Angeles Chargers, to meet with Tennessee, per report

Free-agent receiver Tyler Boyd met with the Los Angeles Chargers this week, and is expected to meet with the Tennessee Titans later in the week, according to a report Wednesday via Twitter/X from ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Next season, both teams are scheduled to host regular-season games against the Cincinnati Bengals, the team for which Boyd has played his first eight NFL seasons.

In April, The Athletic's Mark Kaboly reported that Boyd had preliminary interest from the Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins, Detroit Lions and San Francisco 49ers. Kaboly reported in March that Boyd and his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers had mutual interest, but wrote in April that Boyd signing with the Steelers became "a longshot."

Boyd turns 30 in November. He has totaled 513 receptions and 6,000 receiving yards with Cincinnati since the Bengals drafted him in 2016 in the second round.
