The week's biggest Maryland Lottery winner is from Elkton, but there were also two lucky Salisbury players who recently won big prizes too.

Two Salisbury players win big in Maryland Lottery
Two players from Salisbury were big Maryland Lottery winners this week.
A $25,765-winning Fast Play ticket was sold at the Royal Farms store at 1401 South Division St., and a $10,000-winning $10,000 Ca$h ticket was sold at the Country Farm store at 104 Gordy Road.
Elkton lottery player is week's big Maryland winner with scratch-off ticket
A $100,000 scratch-off ticket sold in Elkton topped this week’s Maryland Lottery list of grand prizes. An additional three tickets worth $50,000 or more were purchased in Germantown, Laurel and Silver Spring.
n all, 26 Maryland Lottery tickets worth $10,000 or more were purchased or claimed in the week ending April 21. Players won prizes totaling nearly $31.5 million in that span, according to Maryland Lottery and Gaming.

The winning Powerball numbers, and next drawing time
A $50,000 ticket was sold on April 20 at Weis Market, located at 9270 All Saints Road in Laurel. The ticket remains unclaimed as of April 22.
The winning numbers from the Monday, April 22, drawing were 12, 16, 33, 39 and 52. The Powerball was 1 and the Power Play was 2x.
The next Powerball drawing is set to take place Wednesday, April 24. The estimated jackpot is $129 million, with a cash value of $59.6 million.

When is the next Mega Millions drawing?
A $10,000 Mega Millions ticket was sold on April 16 at the Royal Farms located at 5 East Timonium Road in Timonium and has since been claimed.
The winning numbers from the most recent drawing were 21, 26, 36, 44 and 59. The Mega Ball was 02 and the Megaplier was x4. The jackpot for the most recent drawing, on Tuesday night, was $202 million.

Here's how, when to claim a Maryland Lottery prize
Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. For more information, visit mdlottery.com.
Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations. All Maryland Lottery retailers are authorized to redeem tickets up to and including $600.
The Maryland Lottery's draw game winners have 182 days from the date of a drawing to claim their prizes, and scratch-off winners have 182 days from the announced end-of-game date.
