Police have shared surveillance videos of the encounter, describing the incident as “an apparent robbery.”

The footage shows two men walking up to Loncar on W. Jefferson St. at 6:56 p.m., with one of the men then pointing a gun at him. Police said the suspects both reached toward Loncar’s pockets, then fled the scene following the shooting.

More information will be shared as the investigation proceeds, police said, according to the TV outlet.

Loncar’s girlfriend, Olivia Gorski, told WPVI they were going to move in together soon.

“He was my soulmate, and I don’t think I have a plan anymore without him,” Gorski said.

Loncar was a recent graduate of Temple University.
