The USFL is off to a strong start to its 2022 season.

The latest TV ratings are out for the Week 3 games. Both did pretty well, especially considering one was paired directly against the 2022 NFL Draft.

The Bandits vs. Gamblers game had an average audience of 825,000 viewers. That was the game that was up against the draft.

The late-night game between the Stallions and Breakers had an average audience of 1.114 million viewers.

With numbers like that, the USFL probably isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. It’s proven it can be a solid product and get good ratings three weeks in. It’ll need to maintain those numbers to get a second year.

Through three weeks of the season, the Generals sit atop the standings in the North at 2-1. The Stallions, meanwhile, are the league’s only undefeated team at 3-0.

The USFL gets back in action this Friday night as the Stars battle the Panthers. Two more games will take place on Saturday with one on Sunday.
