South Carolina football will return to action at Williams-Brice Stadium after its upcoming open weekend.

The Gamecocks play Texas A&M at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 22 at Williams-Brice Stadium, the SEC announced Monday. The game will be televised by SEC Network.

The Oct. 22 game takes place on the second-to-last day of this year’s South Carolina State Fair.

The two cross-divisional teams play each other on an annual basis. The Aggies are 8-0 all-time against South Carolina, with the first meeting occurring in 2014.

USC (4-2, 1-2 SEC) upset Kentucky on Saturday, clinching its first SEC win of the season. Texas A&M (3-3, 1-2) lost a close game to Alabama on the road last week.
