Your turn: The US support for Israel must not waver

Our support for the Jewish nation must not be compromised. The majority of the world has been horrified by the Hamas terrorist's atrocities in Israel. Hamas and their Palestinian supporters are now paying the price for their horrendous, heinous, brutal attack on October 7.

It is unfortunate that many innocents are also paying the price, but Hamas and its radical allies must be eradicated. Israel's enemies have been attacking the Jewish state since its inception in 1948. They refuse to live in peace and wish to destroy all of the Jewish people.

Prior to 1948 there was no Palestinian state. Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem were controlled by Jordan and Egypt until the 1967 Arab-Israeli war.

I was in Morocco at the time and was elated at the outcome of the 6-day war when Israel defeated three Arab armies. The Palestine Liberation Organization was formed in 1964. Hamas was voted into power in Gaza about seventeen years ago by the Palestinian people.

Iran has supported radical Islamic anti-Israel terrorists with military arms and monetary support for many decades in order to destroy Israel. Iran professes a faith that is full of hate for both Israel and the United States.

Islam is not a religion of peace although that is a basic premise of that religion. The goal of Iran is a complete destruction of Israel and that is evident. America, the main ally of Israel, cannot allow that to happen. Iran must also pay the price for their support of the terrorists both economically and, if necessary, militarily.

Our support for Israel must not waver. If Iran pushes Israel into a corner militarily, they may find that Israel's IDF indeed has nuclear weapon capabilities, and the Mullahs and the Iranian people will pay a price.

America must make a difference. We cannot remain complacent to what is happening in our own country or in the world. We cannot hide in the shadows if we are to make a difference.

The Biden administration has deluded itself and is under the illusion that if we treat Iran with respect that they will do the same. America is decaying from within under the liberal ideologues. We are incapable of controlling the actions of other countries because the liberals cannot control ours.

Our youth who are supporting Hamas are being indoctrinated by woke liberals to the extend that this will cause our eventual collapse as a Constitutional Republic.

Anyone who cannot see that our nation is in trouble politically and morally under the left's agenda are deceiving themselves and need to wake up. We must stop using taxpayer monies to support countries that hate us.

Yes, Donald Trump had his flaws, but he did better for America then many presidents before him. Many, if not all, of our presidents have had flaws just as our current president has. That is true of some of our judges also.

America's future does not look promising under President Biden or the liberals.

That is not just a foreboding prophecy, it is a very real and distinct possibility unless things change and we vote a conservative, America first, administration into office.
