‘A Tupperware shape sorter.’ Ohio home’s oddness baffles Zillow Gone Wild. Take a look
A popular real estate social media page is jazzed — and baffled — by the shape of this dome-shaped residence on the market in Painesville, Ohio, for $299,000.
Well, by the shape and everything involving the 6,200-square-foot interior.
“Have you ever thought about living in the most unique house in the area, or do you have a large family?” the listing on Zillow.com asks. “Perfect for an in-law suite or having the entire family in one place!”
The 11-bedroom, five-bathroom estate is composed of four units — if the new owner chooses — and comes with a cornucopia of features, according to the photos, including:
Spiral staircase
Tower
Heart-shaped bathtub
High ceilings
Retro decor
Needless to say, fans of Zillow Gone Wild, a Facebook and Twitter page that highlights bizarre houses on the real estate market, were somewhat perplexed by the shape and inside of the residence.

“So much potential! What a cool design and updating a few things would really help,” someone mentioned. “That red bathroom did my head in.”
“I want to paint this,” one person tweeted. I mean like use it as the setting for my people and paintings. It will live in my brain now.”
