The second week of the season kicked off on Thursday night, when the Washington Football Team took on the New York Giants. Washington was able to escape with a narrow victory thanks to a last-second field goal. The Football Team missed their initial game-winning kick attempt, though they got another one due to a Giants penalty.
The rest of the league will kick off on Sunday and Monday. It should be an eventful weekend of football across the league.
