You can't think of female country powerhouses without thinking of Trisha Yearwood or Wynonna Judd. And what's better than one country powerhouse, you might ask? Two country powerhouses, obviously! Fans got exactly that this week when Trisha and Wynonna teamed up for a duet at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Yearwood and Judd performed a duet of The Judds iconic song "Cry Myself To Sleep."

Their Opry performance will be part of special about The Judds set to air on December 2. This comes after the A Tribute to The Judds album dropped in October, which features Trisha and Wynonna performing the same duet. Aside from Trisha, the tribute album also includes performances covers by Lainey Wilson, Dolly Parton, Ashley McBryde, Ella Langley, and Jamey Johnson, among others.

Trisha took to Instagram to commemorate the special occasion. "NOT crying myself to sleep tonight!! 💜," she captioned her post.

Commenters were quick to applaud the pair's performance. "You ladies were magical tonight!!! Thanks for beautiful performances!," one fan wrote. "Tonight was incredible and hearing you and Wy together… beyond. 🔥 Can’t wait to see what else you two have planned!" and "Two powerhouses. What a great photo. 🔥🔥," others chimed in.

Aside from their duet, Trisha performed a few of her own songs including: "Wrong Side of Memphis," "The Song Remembers When," "She's In Love With the Boy," and Patsy Cline's "Sweet Dreams."

In other exciting Trisha news, Yearwood is set to co-host the 14th annual CMA Country Christmas special alongside Amy Grant on December 14. To hear Trisha and Wynonna's duet, listen to A Tribute To The Judds album out now!
