He was born in Fargo, N.D., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1976.

He was a retired electrical engineer.

Kai-Chih Wang Chang, 86, of Richland, died Feb. 20 in Richland.

She was born in China and lived in Richland for 46 years.

She was a retired chemical engineer at the Hanford site.

Elijah Martin Jones, 36, died Feb. 20.

He was born in Ridgecrest, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities area.

He was a fisherman.

Lon Parker, 63, of Kennewick, died Feb. 29 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Great Lakes, Ill., and lived in Prosser and later in Kennewick.

He worked at Columbia Industries and McDonald’s in Richland for several years.

Edward A. Schuck, 64, died March 1.

He lived in the Tri Cities area for 40 years and worked as a cutter for Iowa Beef.

Richard Alan Malaguti, 77, of Kennewick, died March 1 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Middleborough, Mass., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 10 years.

He was a retired postal carrier for the U.S. Postal Service.

Elias Alba Gonzalez, 93, of Yakima and formerly of Sunnyside, died March 6 in Yakima.

He was born in San Francisco de Rico, Guanajuato, Mexico, and was a longtime Yakima Valley resident.

He was a retired nuclear plant laborer.

Travis W. Daniels

Travis William Daniels, 16, of Pasco, died Feb. 18 in Richland.

He was born in Roseburg, Ore., and was a lifelong Pasco resident.

He was a student.
