I start feeling antsy if I go, like, a month without being on a plane. I am a big proponent of catching both flights and feelings, and I practice what I preach. Luckily, as an editor, I get the opportunity to jet off for work multiple times a year, which—in addition to the fact that (a) my family lives in a different country and (b) I can't say no to a girls' trip—allows me to scratch my travel itch on the reg. That's why I can confidently say that I'm a pro when it comes to plane rides, and I know what products are necessary to make long flights feel a hell of a lot more comfortable.

These days, I have a laundry list of items I must stash in my travel tote before I even *think* about Ubering to the airport. These are tried-and-true products that help me sleep, keep me organized, and ensure I wake up looking and feeling like the best version of myself. I'm talking seat-back gadgets, the coziest of accessories, mid-flight makeover methods, and the travel pillow to end all travel pillows (trust me, I've tried dozens to come to this conclusion). Stalk my IG and you'll see me wearing this in damn near every travel post. It's the perfect crossbody sling: it stays put, holds way more than you think it does, and has multiple compartments (and even a keyring!) for your passport, boarding pass, hand sanitizer, etc.

There's no easier way to feel like you're living the first-class life (even in economy) than by slapping on a pair of eye gels. I run hot, so I always want to have a bottom layer that I can sleep comfortably in if I get warm on the plane. This tank from Beyond Yoga is my go-to on international flights because it's got a built-in bra that doesn't dig in but still gives the girls some support. The fabric is also buttery soft, like your favorite sleep shirt.

SmartGoggles

If you can't live without your Theragun, prepare to meet the best thing your eyes have ever seen (and felt): Therabody's SmartGoggles. It's basically an eye mask that's so much more than just an eye mask, massaging your eyes and temples and emitting sound and heat to help relieve headaches, reduce heart rate, and get you feeling really, really relaxed. Slipping them on mid-flight is the closest thing you'll ever get to a mile-high spa, trust. The best part? They fold in half and come in a protective carrying case, so they're easy to pack.

After what feels like a billion hours in the clouds, you're not gonna want to struggle to figure out what bag is yours on the conveyor belt. This cute 'n' colorful luggage tag will catch your eye in a snap, I promise.

And if you haven't, basically your ears can have trouble equalizing pressure and your head can feel like it's about to explode (truly one of the most painful experiences of my life). This nasal spray helps relieve congestion in your sinuses so that's less likely to happen if you use it before take off. A backpack? That's actually chic? Yes, it's possible. (I mean...just look at it.) I take this bag on all flights—both short and long—because it fits a ton, is easy to clean, has the perfect padded pocket for my laptop, and comes with a built-in trolley sleeve so I can slide it over my luggage handle. The front pouch is the most innovative feature, though, IMHO—it clips on and off, so you use it to store essentials and throw the bulk of the bag in the overhead compartment to save underseat space.

Head In The Clouds Press-On Nails (24 Pieces)

Have several hours to spare? Give yourself a manicure in the sky. I love bringing a pack of press-on nails on the plane and unboarding with a gorge new look. As a side sleeper, this has been my secret weapon for sky-high snoozing for nearly a decade now. Personally, I like resting it on the plane window (or my fiancé's shoulder, if I get stuck in the middle seat) for even more head support.
