The MIAA high school state tournaments kicked off on Wednesday with preliminary-round action in the volleyball tournament.

The South Shore will be well represented in each of the playoffs (boys and girls soccer, volleyball and field hockey). To follow all the scores, bookmark this page. We'll be adding this page with scores and today's schedule every day throughout the state tournament.
