Everyone knows Sundays are for brunches and Seastreak is offering the ultimate brunch experience close to home. It will feel like you have left for vacation as you sail away from New Bedford Harbor and take in the sites of historical New Bedford for a fun Sunday adventure.

The two-hour New Bedford Brunch Cruise sets sail at 11 a.m. from the Seastreak Ferry Terminal at 49 State Pier, New Bedford on the following Sundays: March 10, March 24, and April 7.

It’s almost time to change the clocks again, this time it will be to add some much-needed afternoon sunlight.

If you are ready to shake off the winter blues and embrace an extra hour of daylight in the evening, you won’t have to wait much longer. Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 10 when we move the clocks an hour ahead.

As Spring officially arrives at 11:06 p.m. on March 19, we are getting closer to the end of winter when everything begins to thaw and the pleasant weather brings with it the blooms of a new season.

Tia Maria's European Cafe is one of the latest to share a video doing the "of course" trend on social media, as they work to increase viewership to promote their restaurant.

The TikTok trend involves filling in the blank: 'I'm a ____, of course I _____." Many use the viral trends as an opportunity to gently poke fun at stereotypes associated with their professions or identity's common perceptions about themselves.

It’s been a way for them to connect with their customers, build relationships and promote what’s happening at Tia’s.

New Bedford City Councilors oppose fining property owners ignoring Assessors

For most of the past 30 years, owners of income-producing properties have received a form from city Assessors asking them to list their property's income and expenses.

And for most of the past 30 years, about three-quarters of those requests have been ignored. The information is needed in order to properly assess the income-generating real estate.

A fine allowed by state law was implemented. Complaints about the fines were aired by the City Council Finance Committee.
