There were plenty of great performances in scholastic boys' lacrosse last week.

Olympic

Bruce Magladry, Eastern. The sophomore scored five times in a win over Lenape and added four more goals in a victory against Clearview two days later. The single-game goal totals were the two highest of his career and raised his season total to 27, which ranks second on the team. Eastern has won five straight to improve its record to 10-3.

Aidan Ruff, Moorestown. The sophomore registered five goals and set up two more as the Quakers churned out a 15-2 win over Lenape on May 3. Ruff leads the club with 22 assists and ranks second with 23 goals.

Frank Semiraglio, Bishop Eustace. The Crusaders got back on track with a pair of wins and Semiraglio played a key role during the stretch. The senior tallied five goals in a 13-1 victory over Cherry Hill West on May 2 and chipped in two goals and an assist in a 10-7 win over St. Joseph on May 6. He has a team-best 25 goals.

SJILL

Thomas Reinholt, Triton. With six goals and six assists, the junior helped the Mustangs earn two wins last week. He delivered four goals and three assists in a 9-7 victory over sister school Highland on May 2. Reinholt leads the team in points with 49, is tied for first with 17 assists and ranks second with 32 goals.

Jacob Spiritoso, Sterling. The goal-scoring machine reached a milestone last week, netting his 200th career tally in a 15-1 win over Holy Cross on May 2. Spiritoso finished with five goals and five assists in the game. He has 200 career goals, including 48 this spring, and 281 career points for the Silver Knights.

Matt Tuttle, Highland. The senior wrote his name into the program’s record book when he became the Tartans’ first 100-goal scorer. Tuttle scored six goals in two games, reaching the milestone in a game against rival Triton on May 3.

Burlington County Scholastic League

TJ Howley, Delran. The freshman piled up 13 goals, 5 assists, 25 ground balls and won 27 of 40 faceoffs as the Bears went 3-0 to open May. For the season, Howley leads Delran with 37 goals and is second with 57 points.

Cape-Atlantic

Nick Gargan, Egg Harbor Township. The senior scored nine goals, including his 100th of his career, as the Eagles soared to victories over Cedar Creek and Haddon Township. He has 13 goals over EHT’s current three-game winning streak and boasts a career-best 35 goals this spring.

Pat Grimley, Ocean City. The senior pumped in seven goals and set up five more as Ocean City reeled off back-to-back wins over Lower Cape May and Mainland. He has scored three-or-more goals in 11 games this season. He has registered 217 goals, 131 assists and 348 points in his career.

Micah McAnaney, Middle Township. The Panthers rattled off consecutive wins over Vineland and Millville and McAnaney provided seven goals and four assists during the stretch. The junior leads the team with 29 goals.
