Here are the top high school sports performers for the Austin area this week.

Boys Basketball

Mekhai Bryant, Connally: Poured in 28 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead the Cougars past Pflugerville 51-36.

Chas Biegel, Lake Travis: Led the Cavs with 20 points in a 57-46 win over Bowie.

Adrian Mathis, Lake Travis: Added 16 points in the win vs. Bowie as the Cavs close in on a district title.

Sean Dalberg, Leander: Paced the Lions with 16 points as they topped Lockhart 63-15 in an impressive defensive showing. JD Wilson also hit double figures with 10 points.

Jo-Jo Moore, Rouse: Barely missed a triple-double with 25 points, 12 rebounds as the Raiders defeated Cedar Park 65-53.

A’marie Haywood, Rouse: Recorded a double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds in the win vs. Cedar Park. Devin Brown also had 12 points for the Raiders.

Josiah Moseley, Stony Point: Had a dominant double-double of 29 points and 13 rebounds as the Tigers topped Westwood 66-54.

Qui Raun Pressley, Georgetown: Paced the Eagles with 18 points as they clinched the District 23-5A title with a 61-49 victory over Cedar Creek.

Landry Bouillion, Georgetown: Added 16 points in the Eagles win vs. Cedar Creek. Ronald Proctor chipped in 10 points to put three Georgetown players in double figures.

Toby Rimann, Liberty Hill: Scored 19 points as the Panthers kept their playoff hopes alive with a 61-43 upset of Glenn.

Chi Ukachukwu, Hendrickson: Finished with 17 points, seven rebounds, three steaks and two assists as the Hawks topped East View 66-50. Both King Carter and Amir Thompson added 12 points.

Elijah Clemons, Stony Point: Finished with 13 points and six boards in win vs. Westwood.

Mark Fletcher, Vandegrift: Scored 21 points as the Vipers took a 47-46 win over Cedar Ridge thanks to Chance Van Stavern’s 3-pointer at the buzzer. Aashir Khawaja added 11 points for Vandegrift.

Cameron Jackson, Weiss: The double-double machine recorded another one with 13 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Wolves by Hutto 48-40. Ethan Munoz added 12 points for Weiss, which clinched the No. 2 seed in District 12-6A.

Anthony Phagans, Connally: Ended with 14 points and five assists to help the Cougars defeat Pflugerville 51-36.

Gavin Paull, Westlake: Led all scorers with 19 points to lead the Chaps in a 48-42 win at Johnson.

Sumner Holland, Thomas Burke, Westwood: Combined for 31 points during a loss to Stony Point.

Braeden Spinden, Bowie: Led the Bulldogs with 23 points in a loss to Lake Travis.

Jaxson Vandegarde, Sam McKinney, Johnson: Combined for 33 points in a loss to Westlake.

Girls basketball

Kemah Shaw, Austin High: Ended the regular season with 32 points against Del Valle to help the Maroons take a playoff spot out of District 26-6A.

Gianna Angiolet, Westlake: Passed 100 three-pointers for the season and scored 21 points as the Chaps beat Johnson 58-39. Tamia King had 12 points and Bella Hesse added 11 points for Westlake.

Riley Moore, Lake Travis: Led the Cavs with 25 points as they beat Bowie 62-43.

Claire Kolkhorst, Lake Travis: Tallied 17 points in the win vs. Bowie.

Sayler Bourland and Kianna Wormly, Vista Ridge: Both players crossed 1,000 points for their careers in a win over Manor.

Janiyah Alvarez, Devynn Davis, Cedar Ridge: Combined for 27 points to lead the Raiders past Stony Point.

Avery Cashman, Round Rock: Had a game-high 19 points as the Dragons beat McNeil 51-43.

Makenzie Salisbury, Pflugerville: Led the Panthers with 14 points as they defeated rival Connally.

Ava Zamora, Round Rock Christian: Went off for 25 points to lead the Crusaders past Waco Reicher.

Grace Jones, Round Rock Christian: Scored 18 points to help the Crusaders defeat Waco Reicher.

Madyson Mitchell, Taylor: Recorded an impressive double0-double of 25 points and 17 rebounds as the Ducks completed a perfect run through District 22-4A with their win vs. Smithville.

Ansley Reed, Taylor: Added 11 points and seven boards for the Ducks as they beat Smithville.

Libby Lee, Glenn: Led Glenn with 18 points, five steals and four rebounds as the Grizzlies won the District 25-5A title with a win over Liberty Hill.

Soma Okolo, Glenn: Barely missed a double0-double with eight points and 10 rebounds in the win vs. Liberty Hill.

Micah Walton, Bowie: Paced the Bulldogs with 17 points in a loss to Lake Travis.

Boys soccer

Nathan Shaw, Rouse: Recorded a brace to help the Raiders to a 3-3 draw vs. Hays. Owen Nichols had Rouse’s other goal.

Orlando Frias, Connally: Finished two goals to help the Cougars beat Pflugerville 3-1.

John Gomez, Glenn: Finished with a hat trick and an assist to lead the Grizzlies to a 4-0 win against Cedar Park. Cesar Vazquez Acevedo had the team’s other goal.

Martin Valdes, Georgetown: Scored both of the Eagles’ goals in a 2-2 draw with Cedar Creek. Kash Anderson provided an assist on one of them.

Keller Marchant, Glenn: Recorded the shutout vs. Cedar Park. Tito Don Juan, Cody Winters and Sawyer Homec had assists in the 4-0 win.

Gus Ehlers, McCallum: Scored both of the Knights’ goals in a 2-1 victory over Navarro, with Tucker Martinson assisting on one of them.

Yohannes Heineman, LASA: Tallied the lone goal off a pass from Juan Pizano in the Raptors’ 1-0 win against Northeast.

Marco Vidal, LASA: Produced the clean sheet in a 1-0 decision vs. Northeast.

Weiss’ offense: Eli Walkup, Julio Gonzales-Tello and Justin Abarca scored for the Wolves and Tony Gonzales had an assist to push them to a 3-1 win over Bryan.

Bowie’s offense: Rowen Wells, Griffin Crawley and Garrett Herb tallied goals as the Bulldogs stayed undefeated with a 3-2 win vs. Lake Travis.

Hector Morales, East View: Tallied a goal and two assists as the Patriots shutout Hendrickson 4-0.

East View’s offense: Damian Cantu, Julian Barriga and Joaquin Lumbreras all found the net for the Patriots in their 4-0 shutout of Hendrickson. Eymard Diaz and Chris Gomez added assists.

Omar Erwa, J Mossholder, Vista Ridge: Scored in the Rangers’ 2-2 tie with Vandegrift.

Luke Hawley, Emmy Aranda, Vandegrift: Scored the Vipers’ goals in a 2-2 draw with Vista Ridge.

Simon Katz, Yaniv Dajman, Westlake: Finished goals to lead the Chaps by Johnson 2-1. Logan Thomson provided an assist.

Manuel Guebara, Del Valle: Tallied the Cardinals’ goal in a 1-1 draw vs. Austin High.

Elgin’s offense: Teo Ferrusca, Memo Hernández and Luis Cruz scored to lead the Wildcats to a 3-0 win over Bastrop.

Jud Anderson, Anderson: Had the assists on both of the Trojans’ goals as they beat Dripping Springs 2-1. Jesse Lang and Andrew Saeger found the net for Anderson.

Trent Trotter, Dripping Springs: Scored the Tigers’ goal off a pass from Dylan Zahn in a 2-1 loss to Anderson.

Joel Vergara, Pflugerville: Found the net for the Panthers off an assist from Luis Martinez during a 3-1 loss to Connally.

Girls soccer

Ava Grosso, Bowie: Scored both goals as the Bulldogs took a huge 2-1 district win over Lake Travis.

Finley Newell, Georgetown: Set a school record with five goals during a 6-0 win over Cedar Creek. Bella Flowers scored, Aubrey Pelczar and Dennie Decker each had two assists and Emie Benson added an assist in the win.

Sydney Gaynor, Anderson: Finished with two goals and an assist to help the Trojans defeat Dripping Springs 3-0. Stella Tatum had two assists and Gracie Huff tallied the third goal.

Kendall Meachum, Anderson: Stopped a penalty and recorded the clean sheet in a 3-0 win vs. Dripping Springs.

AJ Mayock, Round Rock: Recorded a hat trick to lead the Dragons past Cedar Ridge 6-0.

Alexis Montgomery, Round Rock: Finished with a brace in the team’s win vs. Cedar Ridge.

Lily Vandiver, Vista Ridge: Scored the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Vandegrift.

Alexis Morrison, Vista Ridge: Provided the clean sheet in a crucial 1-0 district win vs. Vandegrift.

Sara De Jesus, Johnson: Her volley off a free kick gave the Jaguars a 1-0 win against Westlake.

Maddie Coats, Johnson: Recorded the shutout in the 1-0 win vs. Westlake.

Abbie Hall, Cedar Park: Tallied two goals to lead the Timberwolves past Glenn 4-0. Sienna Fleniken and Brooke Pack each added goals, while Meredith Klotz, Vienna Tran and Kristi Tabor had assists.

Tayla Score, Westwood: Her hat trick highlighted the Warriors’ win against Manor. Bailey Shuford scored twice, Bella Keene, Mia Wiele, Kate Cooper, and Donna Ghassemi each scored once and Sam Walker recorded the shutout in goal.

Amelia Griffin, Burnet: Had four goals and an assist as the Bulldogs defeated Jarrell. Reagan Shipley had a goal and an assist, Savannah Griffin and Isela Hernandez both had a goal, and Emily Wagner and Julie Suazo each added an assist.

Kaycie Banton, Burnet: Finished with a goal and four assists in a win vs. Jarrell.
