Deadline has reported that the film wrapped its production prior to the writers' strike.

Andrea Iervolino and Lady Monika Bacardi have produced Skincare under Iervolino & Lady Bacardi Entertainment.

"We are delighted to announce another international production involving such world-class actresses and actors," said Iervolino.

"Skincare is a film with a strong visual impact that, because of the cast and the workers it involves, has enormous potential. It is a film that we at ILBE believe in very much."

Banks had success with her directorial effort Cocaine Bear and will soon be seen in Apple TV+'s true-life dramedy The Beanie Bubble and the medical drama A Mistake.

The three-time Emmy nominee is also set to lead the voice cast of The Flintstones spin-off adult animated series Bedrock.

Banks, one of the show's executive producers, will also voice Pebbles. It will reportedly be set 20 years after the original, iconic animated series.

The Stone Age will give way to the Bronze Age, and it will feature Fred on the brink of retirement and Pebbles as a 20-something with a career of her own.

During an interview with TV Line, Banks gave an update on the project, as she revealed: "We're still in development. I'm also playing Pebbles, excitedly, and we're working on it."

She continued: "Oh, I think we still want it to be for co-viewing [by parents with their kids]. It will have adult themes, like all the greats — just like The Simpsons or South Park — but 'family-ish friendly'. I mean, I let my kids watch South Park..."
