The last time Tom Brady took on the Philadelphia Eagles in the postseason he was on the losing side of Super Bowl LII. But there was a very controversial moment involving a handshake that was brought up again this week.

In a recent interview, Brady addressed how Eagles fans continue to remind him that he didn’t shake Nick Foles’ hand after losing in Super Bowl LII. But Brady admitted that while it didn’t make him look like a good sport then, he tries to be.

“I’ve shaken Nick’s hands a lot of times… I know it doesn’t always look like I’m always a good sport…” Brady said.

But Brady showed that he makes a habit out of doing that just last year. After his Bucs lost to Foles and the Bears in the regular season, he once again failed to be “a good sport” and did not shake Foles’ hand.

In over 20 NFL seasons, Brady has suffered defeat only 84 times in regular season and postseason combined.

He doesn’t lose often, but when he does there’s always something a little bit off about Brady.

Whatever steps Brady takes in his head to act humble in defeat, they clearly aren’t enough. If the Buccaneers run the table and win another Super Bowl, it won’t matter.

But if they don’t and Brady acts this way again, NFL fans will have a brand new gripe with the GOAT.
