Tinashe walked the 2023 MTV VMAs red carpet in a naked dress with tape over her nipples, flaunting her epic abs, butt, and underboob in new Instagram pics.
The singer grew up as a competitive dancer, so she adds a lot of different movements into her performances today.
She also prioritizes staying hydrated and her favorite takeout order is from In-N-Out.
The 2023 MTV VMAs were a star-studded night, to say the least. Between Taylor Swift winning nine awards, Selena Gomez's facial reactions, and some amazing performances, it was certainly a memorable night. One celeb that defs stole the show: Tinashe.
The "All Hands on Deck" singer rocked a nearly naked look on the VMAs red carpet, and it was everything. Tinashe later dropped the pics on Instagram, which show her wearing a black naked dress without any underwear or bra underneath. Of course, there's some strategically-placed black tape over her nipples and crotch area.
Overall, the look highlighted her super strong abs, booty, legs, and arms, while showing off her epic underboob. "VMAS 🔥💗🫶🏽🥵👼🏽," Tinashe captioned the pics. She also added in the comments, "X marks the WHAT?"
Naturally, her 'fit got lots of love in the comments. Chanel West Coast wrote, "🔥🔥🔥," while MTV's account added, "YOU ARE UNREAL." Plus, the VMAs account chimed in with, "STILL not over this look!!"

Wondering how Tinashe is so strong? Well, for one, she gets an incredible workout while dancing during her performances. “I’ve been doing choreography in my videos since 2014 when it definitely was not cool,” she told Genius. “I would love for it to be taken seriously again in the way that it was in the past because it’s a great way to celebrate music and art and movement.”
In fact, the 30-year-old singer grew up as a competitive dancer, starting ballet, tap, jazz, and hip-hop classes at the age of four, per Allure. "I got 15 years of real dance training. 2nd biggest passion in my life is dance, only to singing," she shared on Twitter back in 2012.

Regarding her diet, Tinashe prioritizes hydration. "My wellness advice: Drink a lot of water and make that your main beverage," she told The Cut.
But it's all about balance for Tinashe. Case in point: She recently revealed her fave alcoholic drink and hangover cure with Nylon. "Probably champagne is top and then a Pinot Noir," she said. "And my hangover cure is I order this place called Bossanova and they have a bunch of rice. It's just really filling in carbs and hearty, so I'll just order a bunch of rice and beans. Brazilian food and fries." Yum!
She also spilled on her favorite takeout order. "My favorite is probably In-N-Out, and I get a number two plain with extra cheese and a cheese fry. I obviously like cheese." she said. Tinashe also clearly loves pizza and pasta:
