One of Tiger Woods’ former mistresses is back in the news cycle.

Rachel Uchitel, whose affair with the legendary golfer was exposed in 2009, has opened up about her situation in an interview with the New York Times.

The 46-year-old former nightclub hostess revealed that she signed a more than 30-page non-disclosure agreement after the affair was outed.

However, Uchitel is since opening up about what’s happened, including the struggles that have come as a result of the situation.

“His lawyers are saying, ‘We want all your text messages and here’s the price,’ and you’re like ‘Screw you’ and you move into deal-maker mode and all of a sudden, it’s the rest of your life,” Uchitel explained of the initial NDA signing.

According to reports, the NDA forbade her from “directly or indirectly, verbally or otherwise” discussing Woods’ “lifestyle, proclivities, customs, private conduct, fitness, habits, sexual matters, familial matters,” among other topics, with anyone, “including but not limited to, family members, relatives, acquaintances, friends, associates, co-workers, journalists.”

Uchitel claims she was given $5 million for signing the NDA, along with a promise of another $3 million over the next three years. However, she says she only pocketed about $2 million of that money, following taxes and fees.

She is now done with the NDA.

“I’ve had it with NDAs,” Uchitel told The Times.

“Ten years later, people were still talking about me as a player in a story I had never talked about. I felt like it was time to take the reins.”

Uchitel’s full interview with the New York Times can be seen here.
