Texas forward Dylan Disu got hot in the Big 12 Tournament and never cooled off. He was named the event’s Most Outstanding Player and was joined on the all-tournament team by five players because of a tie in the voting.

Dylan Disu, Texas

In the title game victory over Kansas, Disu led the Longhorns with 18 points. His playing time increased in Kansas City in the absence of injured forward Timmy Allen.

Disu averaged 14.7 points and 8.3 rebounds while shooting 73.9 percent from the floor (17 of 23).

Marcus Carr, Texas

The Longhorns’ leading scorer capped a solid tournament with 17 points against the Jayahwks. He also pitched in five steals in the semifinal victory over TCU.

Sir’Jabari Rice, Texas

Rice, the Big 12 Sixth Man of the Year, started during the tournament and pitched in 12.3 points per game, including 17 against Kansas.

Jalen Wilson, Kansas

Wilson would have been the tournament MOP had the Jayhawks won. He led the tournament in scoring with a 23.7-point average and also contributed 9.0 rebounds per game.

The KU forward scored better than 20 points with 10-plus rebounds in both the Big 12 quarterfinal and semifinal rounds.

Dajuan Harris, Kansas

Harris was excellent in the Jayhawks’ first two games when he averaged 12 points and seven assists. Texas defended him well in the final and Harris finished with six points and four assists.

Both Iowa State’s T.J. Otzelberger and Texas’ Rodney Terry referenced Harris being the key to the Jayhawks’ team.

Mike Miles Jr., TCU

Miles, the Big 12 preseason player of the year, led the Horned Frogs with 22 points in their quarterfinal victory over Kansas State and added 15 in the semifinal loss to Texas.
