Ingredients

  • Fresh ripe bananas - as many as you'd like

  • 1 Tbs maple syrup

  • 1/8 Tsp salt

  • 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract

No-Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup old fashioned rolled oats

  • 2/3 Cup peanut/nut butter

  • 1/2 Cup chocolate chips - dark chocolate is healthiest

  • 3 Tbs honey

  • 1/4 Cup ground flax seed

  • There are plenty variations that can be added to these energy balls depending on what flavors you prefer! Some examples include:

  • adding protein powder for an extra-filling result

  • adding things like coconut flakes or dried cranberries to change up the flavor
