Third Space Brewing is still on track to open its Menomonee Falls location in June

Third Space Brewing, which is opening a new location in Menomonee Falls, has released renderings of what the business will look like. It is still on track for a June opening.

Third Space Innovation Brewhouse will showcase Third Space Brewing's signature beer and also have a selection of cocktails, liquors, wines and non-alcoholic options, according to a company news release.

“It’s a beautiful space that we hope will become a new “third space” for people in the area looking to connect with old friends and new friends over great beer, great food and great conversation,” Third Space Brewing’s Co-Founder and President Andy Gehl said in the release.

Third Space Brewing's flagship location is in Milwaukee, just west of downtown at 1505 W. Saint Paul Ave. It also has a seasonal beer garden at 13600 Juneau Blvd. in Elm Grove slated to open for the season on May 10.

“We aren’t sure who is more excited, our team or the people of Menomonee Falls,” Kevin Wright, Third Space Brewing’s co-founder, brewmaster and Menomonee Falls resident in a released statement. “People are stopping me in the grocery store or at my kids’ baseball games asking when we are opening. It shows the community is ready for our craft brewery to join the neighborhood."

Where will Third Space Innovation Brewhouse be in Menomonee Falls?

Third Space Innovation Brewhouse will be on the corner of Good Hope Road and Appleton Avenue at the site of the former Trysting Place Pub, a Menomonee Falls favorite that closed in September 2020.

How big will Innovation Brewhouse be?

According to company officials, the brewery will be about 5,000 square feet and will include a 112-seat indoor taproom and a full-service bar with 16 taps. The inside will seat 75 people, according to company officials. There will also be room for five televisions.

Will there be outdoor seating?

There will be a large covered outdoor patio that will seat 75 people.

Will there be food served?

Yes, there will be food served. While the menu was not released, according to the news release there will be "elevated pub food, handhelds and shareables."

Are there any new developments in addition to Third Space Innovation Brewhouse?

Yes, the former Trysting Place Pub building was torn down, and a new development called Fussville Station is being built. According to village documents, Fussville Station will house additional retail space, 173 apartments and restaurant space.

Will Third Space Innovation Brewhouse be hiring?

In early May, Third Space Brewing will begin the hiring process for part-time front-of-house staff (who work directly with the customers) and back-of-house staff (who deal with food and menu preparation).

Will there be a grand opening event?

After Third Space Innovation Brewhouse opens, there are plans to have a grand opening event later in the summer.
