CANTON ‒ A third suspect has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal house fire that killed 66-year-old Frank Campbell earlier this month.

Clayton L. Cunningham, 25, was taken into custody by the FBI and booked into the Stark County Jail on charges of aggravated murder and aggravated arson Wednesday morning. The most recent address listed for him in court records is in Dennison in Tuscarawas County.

Two other men are facing murder and arson-related charges tied to the May 1 fire at 200 Lincoln Ave. NW where Campbell lived.

Corey E. Bulstrom, 29, of Louisville is charged with aggravated murder and complicity to aggravated arson.

Salvatore A. Morris, 31, of Canton is charged with complicity to aggravated murder and complicity to aggravated arson in the same incident.

Bulstrom and Morris are each being held in the county jail on $1 million bond set Wednesday in Canton Municipal Court by Judge Richard J. Kubilus. Their next court date is Friday, when status conferences will be held.

Canton police criminal complaints accuse them of helping set fire to the home in which Campbell, lived, causing his death.

The charges against Bulstrom accuse him of aiding Cunningham in setting the fatal fire. No motive is listed in the court filings.

A message seeking comment was left with Bulstrom's attorney. Morris is represented by an attorney from the Stark County Public Defender's Office, which does not comment on client cases. No attorney was listed for Cunningham in court records.

The Canton Fire Department said Wednesday that the investigation is continuing.
