'They're frontrunners': What Bobby Portis said after Pacers beat Bucks in Game 2

After Tuesday's Game 2 loss to the Pacers in Milwaukee, Bucks forward Bobby Portis called Indiana the "frontrunners."

The Athletic's Eric Nehm asked Portis about the game's physicality and he didn't hold back.

"I mean, just quite frankly, they're frontrunners, bro," Portis said. "Y'all can just tweet that or whatever it is, bro. When the s--- going good, they laughing, clapping all that. When it's going bad, they not saying nothing, so I think that to answer your question, guys always feel good when they're having a good game or hitting shots, everybody. I think that's just human nature and basketball. When you making shots, you feeling good. But when the tough going, you can't get nothing going, it kind of go the other way."

The Pacers evened the series at 1-1 with a 125-108 win at Fiserv Forum. Game 3 will be in Indiana at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

"So, yeah, they're supposed to feel good," Portis continued. "They were hitting shots. They game planned really well, so yeah, they're supposed to feel really good, of course. But Game 3 on the way Friday."
