Texas Roadhouse says it's eyeing Santa Fe location

Apr. 8—A chain steakhouse that lets patrons choose their cuts of meat is looking at a possible expansion to Santa Fe.

A Texas Roadhouse spokesperson told The New Mexican last week it is "looking into the Santa Fe area" but could not confirm more details, including a specific location.

Texas Roadhouse has more than 600 locations across the country, including two in Albuquerque — one on the west side and another near Cliff's Amusement Park, according to the company's website.

The company, Texas Roadhouse Inc., also manages other chain restaurants, including Bubba's 33 and Jaggers.
