Elizabeth Chambers went from San Antonio to California to UT Austin to California again in her career as a television personality, journalist and restaurant owner. In this week's episode of Truly Texan, she discusses this journey and also talks about mental health and upcoming work at her alma mater.

Chambers has a past at "Entertainment Tonight," "Access Hollywood," "Sugar Showdown," "Cupcake Wars" and more. She's also a winner of UT Austin's 2022 Moody College Outstanding Alumni Award.

She opened BIRD Bakery in her hometown of San Antonio in 2012, and there are now locations in Dallas, Colorado and the Cayman Islands.
