Texas Amber Alert issued for 12-year-old girl out of Waxahachie

The Texas Amber Alert network issued a child abduction alert on Thursday for a 12-year-old who was last seen at 10 a.m. on Wednesday off Brenna Road in Waxahachie, Texas. Brenna Road lies just west of Highway 287 near Oliver Clift Elementary School.

The Waxahachie Police Department described Jackson as 5'7" with black hair and brown eyes, weighing about 170 pounds.

Law enforcement officials, including the Texas Department of Public Safety, believe Jackson is in grave or immediate danger.

Members of the Homeland Security Investigations North Texas Trafficking Task Force have also joined the search efforts.
