NFL on FOX broadcaster Terry Bradshaw has long been a character, but some are a bit upset with his actions from this past Thursday night involving sideline reporter Erin Andrews.

Andrews, who has (unfortunately) become used to people commenting on her looks, was doing a segment on Buccaneers linebacker Devin White and his love of horses. Andrews, after the segment, asked the FOX staff about the first time they got to ride a horse.

Bradshaw answered that he first mounted a horse at the age of 3, and then proceeded to compliment Andrews on her boots and her shirt, fumbling through the words “you’re looking good. That was nice. I enjoyed that interview.”

Needless to say, social media exploded.

There were also plenty of Bradshaw defenders who suggested he was just paying a woman a nice compliment. Wherever you stand on the matter, it was clearly a controversial one.

Andrews, now 43 years old, has had quite the career. She’s worked for ESPN, FOX, ABC and a host of other networks in different roles. She’s probably the most well-known sideline reporter in NFL history.

Bradshaw, meanwhile, has been part of the NFL on FOX’s coverage since 1994. While the incident was a bit cringe-worthy, he’s unlikely to receive any kind of discipline here.
