Teresa Giudice's Daughter Milania Involved in Car Collision Just Ahead of Graduation Festivities

Teresa and Milania Giudice

While Teresa Giudice's daughter Milania may be on the up and up after her brand new Mercedes—temp tags and all—was involved in a car crash, unfortunately, the vehicle, which had to be towed away, has seen much better days.

According to police documents obtained by TMZ, the 18-year-old was driving in Boonton, New Jersey, on Friday, May 17, when another motorist, so she claimed, ran a stop sign and collided with her in an intersection.

Naturally, the other driver said they did indeed come to a complete stop and look both ways prior to pulling out, and was seemingly unclear on how their car came to impact the teen's.

New Jersey is a no-fault state, meaning that it'll ultimately be up to the insurance companies to hash out responsibility, but the officers' report did place blame on the other driver's "inattention and failing to yield to the right of way," suggesting that the Giudices will most like not be held financially responsible for fixing either vehicle.

The family's lawyer James Leonard confirmed to the publication that Milania wasn't injured in the crash, noting, "We are extremely grateful that nobody was hurt. That’s all that matters."

Luckily, Milania doesn't seem too shaken up by the incident, as over the weekend she went on to celebrate her acceptance at the University of Tampa, posing with her mom and other members of the family under an impressive spread of Spartan-themed balloon arches, along with artwork and merch to celebrate the next chapter in her life.
