Tennessee Titans' Derrick Henry leaves game vs. Colts, being evaluated for concussion

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry headed to the locker room midway through the fourth quarter of the Titans' game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.

Henry is being evaluated for a concussion.

Henry was evaluated in the medical tent for several minutes before emerging and walking to the locker room under his own strength.

Titans tight end Josh Whyle also left the game and is out with a knee injury.
