Tennessee football announces inactive players vs Vanderbilt

No. 21 Tennessee football will play Vanderbilt with a slew of injuries on the offensive line and in the defensive secondary.

The Vols are without offensive linemen Javontez Spraggins, Andrej Karic and Brian Grant, while safety Wesley Walker and cornerbacks Christian Charles and Kamal Hadden are out in the secondary. UT also is without defensive end Roman Harrison and defensive lineman Omarr Norman-Lott.

UT (7-4, 3-4 SEC) plays Vanderbilt (2-9, 0-7) at 3:30 p.m. ET at Neyland Stadium. The game is broadcast on SEC Network.The Vols have endured injuries to key players throughout the season.

McCoy (ankle), Hadden (shoulder) Carter (shoulder) suffered season-ending injuries. Wide receiver Dont'e Thornton is out the remainder of the regular season with a lower leg injury.

Linebacker Keenan Pili has been out since suffering an upper-body injury in the season opener against Virginia. Charles has missed the past nine games with an unspecified injury.
