Teenager shot during aggravated assault in Warner Robins. Suspects at large, police say

A teenager was shot Friday on Delaware Avenue in Warner Robins and an aggravated assault investigation is underway, according to the Warner Robins Police Department.

Police said they were called to an incident regarding a juvenile, age 16, who had been shot. Reports said the victim suffered approximately four gunshot wounds.

Reports said the victim was taken to a local hospital where he was listed in stable condition.

A second person, age 17, said four men wearing all black and ski masks approached the victims from behind, one of the suspects opened fire. All the suspects then fled the scene, according to police.

Due to the ages of the victims their names and information were not released.

The circumstances surrounding the incident were still under investigation Friday. More information was expected to be released as it became available.
