Teen athlete stuns with national anthem on electric guitar, TikTok shows. ‘Got chills’

A high school basketball player stunned a Texas audience before his game even started and got thousands of views on TikTok.

Andrew Logan is a senior at Calallen High School in Corpus Christi and opened his final home game with an electric rendition of the national anthem, which his school shared on TikTok.

“Suddenly we’re all feeling patriotic,” the school said in the caption of the TikTok.

The video of Logan rocking out in front of the crowd got nearly half a million views and hundreds of comments of praise from viewers.

“I got chills listening to that,” one viewer said. “So awesome!”

“Petition to make the official national anthem on electric guitar,” another commented.

Corpus Christi is about 215 miles south of Austin.
