What teams are in the Women's College World Series? Tracking softball super regional winners

Spots in the Women's College World Series in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma have begun to be punched.

The road to the WCWS continued Thursday, with No. 2 Oklahoma and No. 15 Florida State, as well No. 6 UCLA and No. 11 Georgia, beginning their best-of-three games series. Six additional super regionals start on Friday. With teams competing to win two games first in the series, two series can conclude as soon as Friday, while the remaining six can conclude on Saturday.

If teams in a super regional split the first two games, a do-or-die Game 3 will be played on either Saturday or Sunday, depending on when the series started, to determine which team is headed to the WCWS. In 2023, just two of the eight super regionals went to the "if-necessary" game, and just one of the eight lower-seeded teams advanced.
