In case you hadn't heard, Taraji P. Henson's core is rock solid. And fortunately for everyone, she just let her followers in on the secrets to her strength. And her latest Instagram post is major motivation to hit the gym.

The Empire actress, 53, reposted a video on her Instagram story of her abs workout during a session with her personal trainer, Mike T of Force Fitness. In the video, Taraji first knocks out reverse crunches, while holding a pole to stabilize herself. This takes major core strength, and she’s crushing it!

Then, Taraji moves into full-body crunches, another move that seriously work the abs. One thing's for sure: She is strong all over. She also flashed her chiseled arms during the workout:

So, how does Taraji stay so strong? Well, she's super dedicated to the gym, and works out five days a week, she previously told Women's Health in 2021. She usually starts her workouts with a 16-minute treadmill walk, then an hour of weights, cardio, and abs.

However, her favorite exercises are “anything to do with the butt,” she shared with WH. That means squats, lunges, and deadlifts.

Last month, she had another sweat session with her trainer where she dominated weighted sled pulls and pushes:

And here's Taraji crushing some leg curls:

Aside from strength training, Taraji usually gets her cardio in on the elliptical, she previously told WSJ Magazine. "If I’m feeling really adventurous, I’ll do a 20-minute stint on my Peloton bike," she said. "If I’m feeling really lazy, I’ll just walk it out on the treadmill."

As for her diet, Taraji practiced intermittent fasting as of 2021, and usually doesn't break her fast until 11 a.m., she told WSJ Magazine. For her first meal of the day, she goes for a protein shake.

"I take vitamin C, I take iron," she said. "I put elderberry powder, spirulina, and collagen in my shake."

Taraji also has a personal chef, Chef Mundi Griffin, who cooks healthy, balanced meals for her, she shared with WH. Her diet motto is “Everything in moderation.”

Plus, the Hidden Figures star loves to play barista for her friends, and shared a funny video on TikTok of herself making two yummy coffees:

Keep up the great work, Taraji!
