We started with 32. Just two remain.

Tacoma’s Taqueria El Sabor and Olympia’s Dos Hermanos have survived through four rounds of voting. They now have the opportunity to be crowned as Washington’s favorite restaurant to grab a taco.

The pair of taco joints moved past Tacoma-based Tacos Guaymos and Shelton’s Taqueria Las Palmas in the Fiesta Final Four.

The next step is simple: Only one can win.

Taqueria El Sabor is known for its large portions, excellent sides of rice and beans, and, of course, the taco selection. You can select a variety of meat, including spicy pork, fried pork, steak, shredded beef, beef cheek and tongue, chicken, tripe or fish.

At Dos Hermanos, the tacos are wrapped in a homemade, handmade organic yellow corn tortilla that’s better than anything from any grocery store. Each taco is topped with diced onions, cilantro, and salsa to match your preferred spice level and comes with house-made salsa.

Voting closes at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 17. Scroll down below the poll to see the results from previous rounds.
