Tensions are flaring this week on "Survivor."

In Wednesday's episode "Run the Red Light," the final eight contestants competed in a grueling immunity challenge. They also competed in a reward challenge for the season's biggest prize: a meal from Applebee's. According to People Magazine, there was also a shocking outburst from Liz Wilcox, a 35-year-old marketing strategist from Luther, Michigan, who resides in Orlando, Florida.

Q Burdette, a 29-year-old real estate agent from Senatobia, Mississippi, who resides in Memphis, Tennessee, won the reward challenge Wednesday night.

He initially chose Wilcox to go with him. But then he switched up twice, picking Maria Shrime Gonzalez, a 48-year-old parent coach from Dallas, Texas, before settling on Kenzie Petty, a 29-year-old salon owner from Gibraltar, Michigan, who resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This caused Wilcox to have an outburst because she had not eaten in 18 days and had zero calories in her system.
