It Sure Looks Like the Next BMW M5 Wagon Is Already in America

I took my dogs for a walk this morning. Across the street from my house, pulling into the parking lot of the La Cumbre Plaza shopping mall here in Santa Barbara, I saw this. It’s obviously a prototype BMW M5 Touring. The wagon. Or estate. Or whatever you want to call it.

Speculate away on what these photos indicate. The wheels. The tires. The brakes. The deep front fascia. The C-pillar. The word “electrified” on the door.

We already know that BMW has said it's bringing the M5 Touring stateside, and we already know that the upcoming M5 is a hybrid.
