Summerfest will have some new food and drink choices. Here's a look at them.

Summerfest is keeping its commitment to local businesses.

The music festival, which starts in less than a month, launched its new merch, food and drink options for its 56th anniversary.

The food and beverage lineup features five new local vendors as well as new food items from veteran vendors.

The new vendors are DanDan, Fazio's Popping Bubbles, Los Mariachis, Pina Cocina & Cantina and Wokkin' Roll.

DanDan co-owner Dan Jacobs, who's on Season 21 of Bravo's "Top Chef," is excited to make his Summerfest debut.

"Being part of Summerfest is like being part of one of the best things that Milwaukee does," Jacobs said.

DanDan will be offering Dandan noodles, Sichuan pork dumplings, an egg roll and smashed cucumber.

There are more than a dozen new items from other vendors, including mini-cookie-dough empanadas from La Masa Empanada Bar, a grilled chicken caesar wrap from Saz's Express and a fried bologna sub from Cousins Subs.

New beverages for 2024 include Happy Thursday Strawberry Spiked Refresher, Simply Spiked Limeade, Topo Chico Oasis Cherry Hard Seltzer and cocktails including a Hurricane and Every Rose Has Its Thorn.

The Specialized Marketing Group debuted exclusive Summerfest merchandise available for purchase at the festival and now at Summerfest.com. The new merchandise includes T-shirts, hats, hoodies, drinkware, friendship bracelets, stickers and more.
