Starbucks Drinks Are Buy One Get One Free for Mother’s Day on Sunday
The coffee chain is also offering half-off drinks every Friday in May
Starbucks wants to treat all the moms this Mother’s Day.
On Sunday, May 12, rewards members can grab a free drink when they purchase another one. The buy-one-get-one-free deal is available from noon until 6 p.m. and applies to all handcrafted drinks on the menu.
The discounted drinks continue all month long at the coffee chain. Every Friday from May 10 through May 31, fans can snag 50% off a handcrafted Starbucks drink. The half-off drinks are part of Starbucks’ "Summer App-p Days" and are available to rewards members every Friday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Whether it is Mother’s Day or any Friday in May, fans have plenty of new drinks to choose from.
On May 7, Starbucks released three new, bright blue drinks on its summer menu. Each of the fruit-forward drinks are made of a “sweet and summery blend of raspberry, blueberry and blackberry,” per a press release, but vary slightly.
The Summer-Berry Refresher is combined with water; the Summer-Berry Lemonade is, of course, mixed with lemonade; and the Summer Skies Drink is blended with coconut milk.
Plus, each drink features something new for the brand: raspberry-flavored pearls. The popping pearls were inspired by boba but aren't made of tapioca. Instead, they burst in your mouth in an instant.

In order to properly sip up the pearls, the refreshers come with wider straws, similar to those for bubble tea.
