Philadelphia sports fans are big-time Jason Kelce fans this afternoon.

Kelce, an offensive lineman for the Philadelphia Eagles, absolutely blasted 76ers forward Ben Simmons on Thursday. He called him out for his “lack of accountability” and unwillingness to improve his skill-set.

Kelce’s comments come after Simmons was kicked out of a 76ers practice for refusing to participate in a drill. The team suspended him for one game, as a result.

“All that is because of a lack of accountability, a lack of owning up to mistakes and a lack of correcting things,” Kelce said of Simmons. “If all that got corrected, you fix the free throws, if you’re getting better as a player, none of this is happening.

“Everybody can b—h and complain about how tough this city is to play in. Just play better, man. This city will love you.”

Jason Kelce might be a new favorite in the Philadelphia sports fans.

“Jason Kelce is a hundred percent right no accountability from Ben Simmons whatsoever and this is why he’s struggling here in the city all he had to do was get better work hard in this city would have loved him plain and simple it’s not that hard Ben,” a fan said on Twitter.

Check out what others are saying about Kelce’s comments on Simmons.

Ben Simmons can’t be happy about his name getting dragged through the mud.

Don’t be surprised if Simmons responds to Kelce at some point here in the next few days.
