While pumpkin spice drinks will always remain a timeless fall favorite, why not switch things up a bit with this recipe for a delicious spice-infused vanilla latte? Featuring a mélange of cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg, this latte will leave you feeling comfy, cozy, and ready to conquer your workday or a good book by the fire.
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
½ tsp ground cardamom
1 vanilla bean
3 cinnamon sticks, divided
4 tbsp coarse ground coffee
16 oz hot water
2 cups almond milk
Grated nutmeg, for garnish

Directions
First, add water, sugar, ground cardamom, a vanilla bean, and 2 cinnamon sticks to a saucepan and cook until the sugar dissolves.
Strain the mixture through a sieve into a bowl.
Add coarsely ground coffee to a French press, followed by hot water, and let it sit for 4 minutes before placing the lid on and pressing the filter down into the coffee.
Pour the coffee into a glass, followed by the cinnamon and vanilla infused syrup, and warm whisked almond milk.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and grated nutmeg, and enjoy!
