This home, which can be found at 36 Plumbridge Circle, is currently the most expensive residence on the market in the gated community.
The residence’s design was inspired by the Gamble House in Pasadena, California. It features a distinctive aesthetic highlighting its unique craftsmanship, with an addition of modern touches for any prospective buyer.
The home was completed in 2013 by builder William Byrd. Construction took three years to complete.
