The special ingredient in this new hot sauce? Miller High Life

From boozy ice cream treats to gingerbread dive bars, Miller High Life has had some unique and tasty collaborations over the years.

What's next for the "Champagne of Beers"? Hot sauce.

Miller High Life teamed up with Chef Sam Davis-Allonce and her hot sauce brand Hot N Saucy to create a hot sauce inspired by the "sights, smells and tastes of your favorite dive bar." Plus, there's Miller High Life actually in the sauce.

Dive Bar Hot Sauce is available for $12 a bottle on the Hot N Saucy website (hotnsaucy.co), while supplies last. You can also enter to win a bottle at millerhighlife.com/hotsauce.

Hot N Saucy draws from founder Davis-Allonce's culinary background and desire to create a line of small-batch hot sauces that deliver a "quality kick without compromising on flavor."

Miller High Life shared the inspiration behind each Dive Bar Hot Sauce ingredient:

  • "Chipotle peppers marinated in adobo as hot as the neon signs in the window."

  • "Smokiness for that signature dive bar scent that lingers as much on your tongue as on your clothes."

  • "Lemon pepper juice that adds a sharp kick reminiscent of the house wings."

  • "Carrot juice for that slightly sweet, finger-licking feel that only comes with the best dive bar foods."

"The sauce is inspired by the early days of my career and the late night dive bar celebrations after long nights in the kitchen with my drink of choice — a crisp Miller High Life," Davis-Allonce said in a news release. "I created this recipe as a toast to that time in my life and all the kitchen staff, bar backs and High Life lovers like me celebrating the High Life with some spice."
