Here's a look at some of Jacksonville's most notable building permits from Oct. 16-22, 2023.

Starbucks on Atlantic Boulevard expanding

The Starbucks located at 11315 Atlantic Blvd., is undergoing a renovation, and expansion by combining its current space with a vacant retail space next door.

When completed, the shop will have a total of 2,033 square feet of enclosed space. The cost of the renovation is listed at $475,000 and Venture Construction Co. is the contractor.
