South Carolina women's basketball is back on the road, traveling to face off against Missouri at Mizzou Arena in Columbia, Missouri.

The No. 1 Gamecocks (14-0, 2-0 SEC) will play the Tigers (9-6, 0-2) on Thursday (8 p.m., SEC Network+). South Carolina is looking for a better performance than it gave in Sunday's win over Mississippi State, which coach Dawn Staley called undisciplined.

South Carolina holds a 9-4 series advantage over Missouri and won the last meeting, 81-50, on Jan. 15, 2023, in Colonial Life Arena. The Tigers got the best of the Gamecocks in the last game in Missouri − then-No. 1 South Carolina lost 70-69 in overtime on Dec. 30, 2021.

Missouri has lost two consecutive games to open conference play, including a 20-point loss to No. 7 LSU. The Tigers have faced one other ranked opponent, losing to then-No. 16 Kansas State.
