The South Carolina vs. Clemson baseball series won’t be on TV. Here’s how to stream
If you want to keep up with this weekend’s South Carolina-Clemson baseball series, you have two options: streaming and radio.
The Gamecocks and the Tigers won’t play any games on national television during their annual Friday-Saturday-Sunday rivalry series, but all three contests will be available via streaming services as well as local radio broadcasts.

How to stream USC vs. Clemson baseball
While last season’s third and final game was nationally televised on ACC Network, South Carolina and Clemson are getting the streaming-only treatment for their 2023 series.
Friday’s game is being broadcast on ACC Network Extra, and the Saturday and Sunday games are being broadcast on SEC Network Plus. Both of those platforms are online-only streaming channels that supplement their parent channels, ACC Network and SEC Network.
If your cable TV or live TV streaming package includes the ACC Network and SEC Network channels, you already have access to these streaming channels at no additional charge.

South Carolina baseball in 2023
A 9-0 record and a No. 23 ranking in this week’s D1Baseball.com Top 25 are two of many early-season highlights for coach Mark Kingston’s Gamecocks.
After struggling with injuries in their pitching rotation and inconsistency in their hitting rotation all of 2022, USC has been noticeably better in both categories.
The Friday-Saturday-Sunday rotation of Will Sanders, Noah Hall and Jack Mahoney has netted USC two weekend sweeps, and midweek pitchers Eli Jerzembeck and James Hicks have also contributed to a team-wide 2.00 ERA (second lowest in the SEC behind Tennessee at 1.18).
Former Clemson coach Monte Lee has also made an immediate impact as a hitting coach, as South Carolina has three players batting over .400 and scored 10 or more runs in the first five games of a season for the first time since 1987.
USC enters the Clemson series coming off a Tuesday blowout of North Carolina A&T and a tight weekend sweep of Penn that included two single-run victories.
Clemson baseball in 2023
Clemson had high hopes for its first season under former Michigan coach Erik Bakich, but the past four games make it clear: There’s lots of room to grow.
Clemson fired Lee last year after he missed a second consecutive NCAA Tournament and replaced him with Bakich, a former Tigers volunteer coach who took Michigan to the 2019 College World Series finals.
Clemson was 4-0 entering last weekend. Then came a brutal stretch: getting swept at home by Central Florida (which celebrated in viral fashion by running down the hill at nearby Memorial Stadium) and losing to USC Upstate, 6-3, on Tuesday in Greenville.
The Tigers enter the South Carolina series on a four-game losing streak and rank ninth out of 14 ACC teams in team-wide batting average (.311) and 11th in team-wide ERA (4.31).
There’s still plenty of legitimate talent on this roster — Caden Grice, Will Taylor, Blake Wright — but Clemson’s facing a clear uphill battle against South Carolina after logging its first season sweep of the Gamecocks since 1996 in last year’s series.
