NASHVILLE, Tenn. — South Carolina basketball will be looking to score a place in the semifinals of the 2024 SEC Tournament when it takes on Auburn on Friday at Bridgestone Arena.
The Gamecocks (26-6) earned their place in the quarterfinals with an 80-66 win over Arkansas on Thursday. Collin Murray-Boyles led South Carolina with 24 points and made 11 of his 15 field goal attempts.
Auburn (24-7) enters postseason play having won its past three games, concluding the regular season with a 92-78 victory over Georgia. The Tigers blew South Carolina out 101-61 in their only meeting of the season.
