This concert promises to inspire the audience and make them feel proud to be Americans. On this evening, the military will be honored in the way they truly deserve with songs, special guests and memorable performances.

The Sounds of West Texas shows are unique - as this show is the only one in Lubbock that gives away door prizes, sings fun jingles for sponsors on the show, and provides a program that shows all of the great sponsors and the lineup of the show. Some lucky audience members will win an exciting door prize donated by some of our local businesses in and around the Lubbock area.

There is always an element of fun and surprises on every Sounds of West Texas show, especially with emcee Kurt Kiser as the emcee for the evening. He'll be interviewing special guests and introducing our wonderful performers who will be singing an eclectic mix of classic songs, including some sensational patriotic ones as well.

Featured performers will be some of Lubbock's finest musicians and singers: Amber Pennington Bjerregaard, Craig Elliott, Jimmy Henderson, Al Hollingsworth Brenda Hopkins, Mike Huffman, Kaci Keltz, Donnetta Lippe, Donnie Martin, John Reid, Betty Smith, Mark Wallney, Steve Williams and Erin Wolff.

Doors will be open at 6:15 p.m. Some door prizes will be given away at 6:50 p.m.; and the show will begin at 7 p.m.

For tickets, call 806.762.3233 or go online to the theater website and purchase at cactustheater.com. Tickets may also be purchased at the door on the night of the concert. Prices are $25 for all floor and standard balcony seats; and $45 for limited balcony box seats, which include concessions.
